Our Story
Andy Clark, LL.B. started Clarkie Consulting after observing first-hand that many business owners are overwhelmed and missing the structure needed to tie their big ideas to the daily actions required to implement them—resulting in a cycle of inefficiency, frustration, and unmet objectives.
At Clarkie we believe that small business owners make the world go round. They are the creators of jobs and the drivers of our economy. But running a business is complicated. There are so many moving parts. So many variables. So many pressing concerns. So little time.We wanted to find a way to make life a little easier for business owners. That's what led us to create the Whole PIE System. It breaks your business down into its essential components, which makes it easier to get your head around all the moving parts, and helps you identify key priorities from busywork. When you’re in the day-to-day trenches of running a business, it can be hard to tell the difference sometimes.
If at the end of the day we can help business owners be more profitable, make a bigger impact in the communities they serve, and enjoy the process of running their business a whole lot more. . .well, that's a great day for us at Clarkie.
